She ends up spending the day with him, but learns that his actions might have an ulterior motive, one that makes a difference in their relationship once that mystery is revealed.

The needs of these people and the unlucky conditions of their lives make them so vulnerable that they careen from the disturbing to the hilarious in a breathless instant.
